
Hip pain causes insomnia?
I have a huge pain in the night of my hips. I have a rare syndrome called McCune Albright weak bones they break easily. When divided fibrous dysplasia tends to accumulate that ends in pain, leaving me in pain at night for one of the causes of insomnia. I tried to take Tylenol but it dosent help. The doctor wants to prescribe a medication I fear that dependence and has terrible side affects. I know what is going through the withdrawal of morphine surgery several I lived. The question is are there any other alternative I can take that will help me sleep, take away the pain and is not a physical addiction.
