How can I continue to help my Mom?
My Mom has rheumatoid arthritis, she’s 57 and has both knees replaced. She is also obese. Her doctor now tells her she need a hip replacement but needs to lose weight. I live with her so I see her struggle-life for her is a struggle. I don’t know what to do; how can she lose weight if she can’t excercise? She tries to eat well but sometimes become discourages which makes me frustrated. Suggestions?
First of all your Mother is very lucky to have someone like you that cares for her. I’m sure she is very proud of you.
